Wix’s no-code startup Base44 hits $100m annualized revenue
Wix said Base44, a no-code startup it bought last year, hit US$100 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), nine months after the deal and about a year after founding.
In Q4 2025, Wix reported revenue of US$524.3 million, up 14%, and bookings of US$534.5 million, up 15%.
Business solutions revenue, which includes Base44, rose 18% to US$153.8 million, and total ARR was US$1.8 billion, up 14%.
Wix also announced a US$250 million equity investment led by Durable Capital Partners and plans to complete most of a US$2 billion buyback this year.
Free cash flow in Q4 was US$155.6 million, with FCF margins forecast in the low- to mid-20% range for 2026.
Executives said Base44 and the AI tool Harmony are driving early monetization.
