MY wealthtech firm Cashku expands fund access with Kenanga

Cashku, an AI-native digital wealth platform run by Advisonomics Sdn Bhd and licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia, has partnered with Kuala Lumpur-based Kenanga Investors Berhad, the asset and wealth management arm of Kenanga Investment Bank.

The partnership will offer selected funds in its app with no sales charge and a minimum investment of 10 ringgit (US$2.5).

The companies said Cashku users will be able to review fund information, open an account, set investment goals, invest, and make additional investments within the app.

Cashku said it would assess investment suitability when users invest and monitor it continuously afterward under the oversight of licensed human advisers.

The partnership comes as Malaysia looks to widen retail investing.

The Securities Commission’s Capital Market Masterplan 2026–2030 said individual participation in the capital market was 25%.
