Visa plans to acquire Featurespace, a company specializing in fraud prevention technology, for an undisclosed amount.

A Sky News report estimates the valuation to be around £700 million (approximately US$935.06 million).

Founded in 2008 and based in Cambridge, UK, Featurespace has over 400 employees and operates in six locations worldwide.

Its clients include banks and payment processors such as HSBC, NatWest, and Worldpay.

This acquisition aligns with an increasing adoption of firms investing in fraud prevention solutions.
