Vingroup signs MOU with Qatar’s JTA Investment Group

On Mar. 4, Vingroup and Qatar-based JTA Investment Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore strategic investments in Vingroup’s electric vehicle (EV) and tourism sectors.

The MOU considers a potential equity investment of at least US$1 billion from JTA Investment in VinFast, Vingroup’s EV manufacturing subsidiary listed on Nasdaq.

This agreement includes discussions on a strategic partnership aimed at supporting VinFast’s global expansion and technological growth.
