VinFast partners with 6 Indonesian e-scooter dealers

VinFast signed Memorandum of Understanding with six Indonesian e-scooter dealers: PT IB Motor, PT Sentrik, PT Axara Marani, PT Sukses Sejati Indonesia, PT Tangguh Inti Motor, and PT Kiki Motor Persada.

The company said it will open showrooms in Jabodetabek, West Java, East Java, and Bali to distribute battery swap models including the VinFast Flazz, Evo, Feliz II, and Viper.

Customers will be able to access V-Green’s battery swapping stations being piloted in Jabodetabek upon the official launch.

VinFast said Indonesia is one of the world’s largest scooter markets with annual sales in the millions and that the government’s push for cleaner transport creates growth opportunities for e-scooters.

VinFast has operated in Indonesia for two years, introduced a diverse electric vehicle lineup, opened a Subang plant, and plans to expand e-scooters across the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia in 2026.
