VinFast Philippines, V-Green, Green GSM Philippines, and BDO Unibank have signed a memorandum of understanding to support EV adoption and infrastructure development in the Philippines.

VinFast Philippines is a subsidiary of Vingroup JSC, one of Vietnam’s largest conglomerates, which also owns VinFast.

The agreement aims to help expand electric vehicle availability, charging stations, and electric taxi operations in the country, with BDO Unibank providing financial services such as leasing, insurance, and tailored financing.

V-Green has received approval to install EV charging stations in four SM Supermalls and plans further expansion to other locations.

Green GSM Philippines, which operates an all-electric taxi fleet using VinFast vehicles, has integrated with BDO’s digital banking services to facilitate driver onboarding and support growth.

The partnership reflects ongoing efforts to promote cleaner transportation and build EV infrastructure across the Philippines.
