Kyna English, an online education platform based in Ho Chi Minh City, has completed an undisclosed amount of series B funding round.

Asia Business Builders led the fundraising, with contributions from DTP Education Group and Kyna English’s co-founder and CEO, Ho Hong Bao Tram.

The investment will enable Kyna English to expand its operations to countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, and Laos. It will also increase its presence in Vietnam.

The company plans to improve its AI-driven personalized tutoring platform, which provides customized learning experiences for students.

Since its inception in 2020, Kyna English has served over 150,000 learners and conducts more than 15,000 classes daily. It has a global network of over 8,000 tutors, with a total of 10 million one-on-one classes completed.
