Luvina Software Singapore, a software engineering and digital transformation firm, launched in Singapore on June 18.

The joint venture to target Asia Pacific demand for AI and enterprise modernization services.

The company described itself as a joint venture and Singapore base for Luvina. The company offers AI and enterprise technology services.

Luvina said it would combine Singapore-based advisory and governance work with engineering teams in Vietnam.

Luvina was founded in Hanoi in 2004 and now has more than 750 employees in Vietnam.

The company said it had secured more than a dozen projects in Singapore.  It also disclosed several clients in the market. Luvina also has operations in Japan and the US.

The launch came as a Deloitte survey found that 32% of Singapore respondents had moved 40% or more of their AI pilots into production, above the global average of 25%.
