Wint Wealth, a Bengaluru-based online bond platform, has raised 250 crore rupees (US$27.7 million) in a series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India.

Existing investors 3one4 Capital, 8 Roads Ventures, Arkham Ventures, and Zerodha (Rainmatter) also joined the round.

The company said it will use the capital to expand its corporate bond offerings, strengthen its non-banking financial company (NBFC) operations, and invest in technology and investor education.

The company plans to increase retail participation in corporate bonds as regulatory changes from SEBI have boosted interest in fixed-income products.
