Datarails, a US-based AI-native financial platform, has raised US$70 million in series C funding led by One Peak, bringing its total funding to US$175 million.

Existing investors in the round include Vertex Growth, Vintage Investment Partners, Zeev Ventures, Innovation Endeavors, Joey Low, Qumra Capital, and Claltech.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand in North America and EMEA, increase R&D, and explore acquisitions.

In 2025, Datarails reported a 70% year-on-year revenue rise and nearly doubled its global workforce to over 400 employees.

The platform focuses on integrating AI with Excel, allowing finance teams to streamline FP&A, cash management, and month-end close workflows without abandoning familiar tools.
