Vertex Global Platform, under the Singapore-based VC investment holding company Vertex Holdings, reported its achievements in 2024 with ten IPOs and acquisitions.

This year, companies that entered the public market were biotech company Septerna and biotech research firm Boundless Bio on Nasdaq, Horizon Robotics on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as IT services and IT consulting firm alt Inc. on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The platform also witnessed several acquisitions of its portfolio companies. Salesforce acquired data platform Own Company, Merck acquired biotech research company EyeBio, and software development firm Codefresh was bought by Octopus Deploy.

Additionally, computer and network security firm Adaptive Shield was acquired by CrowdStrike, AnHeart Therapeutics by Nuvation Bio, and AI-powered contract intelligence Evisort by Workday.
