US-Indian spacetech startup secures additional $24m series B
Spacetech startup Pixxel, with operations in the United States and India, has secured an additional US$24 million in its series B funding round, raising the total for this round to US$60 million.
Across all rounds, the company has accumulated US$95 million.
M&G Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital Partners are among the new investors, joining existing backers like Google.
The funding will aid Pixxel in developing and launching 18 commercial hyperspectral satellites.
It will also support the expansion of its Aurora software, which uses AI for analyzing such data.
