Seattle-based Temporal raised US$146 million in a series C funding led by Tiger Global, bringing its total funding to US$350 million and valuing it at US$1.72 billion.

Temporal specializes in microservices orchestration, helping businesses streamline operations like payment processing and infrastructure management.

It will use the new funds for R&D, AI initiatives, and cloud services for Azure, alongside expanding sales and marketing.

Temporal’s platform is used by Nvidia, Box, Snap, Stripe, and Instacart.
