US tech firm Tray.ai acquires Israeli AI startup in multi-million deal

Tray.ai, a US-based technology company, has acquired Israeli AI startup Vanti in a deal worth tens of millions of dollars through a share exchange.

Vanti, founded in 2019 by Smadar David and Nir Osiroff, develops AI agents to optimize manufacturing and industrial processes.

Its no-code AI platform serves global enterprises like Seagate and Flex, enabling manufacturing teams to build and deploy predictive models quickly.

The startup has raised US$22 million from investors, including Insight Partners and True Ventures.

The acquisition will integrate Vanti’s adaptive AI technology into Tray.ai’s platform, enhancing the development of AI agents for enterprise applications.

Rich Waldron, CEO of Tray.ai, emphasized the strategic significance of Vanti’s expertise in knowledge modeling and process optimization.
