GIC-backed Ramp raises $750m at $44b valuation

Ramp, a New York-based corporate spend management startup, said on June 4 that it raised $750 million in a series F primary funding round led by ICONIQ, GIC, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.

The deal values the company at $44 billion.

The new valuation is up from $32 billion in November 2025, after a $300 million primary funding round. It also exceeds the $22.5 billion and $16 billion valuations for Ramp’s July and June 2025 financings.

Ramp said it will use the funds to invest in AI products. The company also recently acquired Billhop and Juno.

Ramp said new investors include Goldman Sachs Alternatives, D.E. Shaw & Co., and Morgan Stanley Investment Management. It added that the round brings its total equity financing to more than $3 billion.

Ramp said it now has more than 70,000 customers, over $1 billion in annualized revenue, and positive free cash flow.
