US rocket firm Stoke Space secures $510m series D
Stoke Space has raised US$510 million in series D funding led by US Innovative Technology Fund, along with a US$100 million debt facility from Silicon Valley Bank.
Stoke is a US-based company developing reusable rockets for satellite launches and national security missions.
The round also included Washington Harbour Partners LP, General Innovation Capital Partners, and existing investors such as Toyota Ventures and Breakthrough Energy.
Stoke said the new funding will support product development, production expansion, and the activation of Launch Complex 14 at Cape Canaveral, which is scheduled for early 2026.
Stoke plans to invest further in its supply chain, infrastructure, and launch operations as it works toward high-frequency, reusable launches.
Earlier this year, Stoke received a National Security Space Launch contract from the US Space Force.
The company has completed testing of its Nova launch vehicle engines and is preparing for its first flights.
