Infleqtion, a quantum technology company based in Boulder, Colorado, has raised US$100 million in a series C funding round.

The funding was contributed by both new and existing backers, including Glynn Capital, Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), S32, and SAIC.

The company plans to use the funds to scale its atom-based quantum systems. It also aims to expand the deployment of its technologies in commercial and government programs.

Additionally, the firm has partnered with Japan’s Science and Technology Agency as part of the Quantum Moonshot program.

J.P Morgan acted as the sole placement agent for the funding round.
