US IT firm ServiceNow said to be in talks to $7b cyber deal
ServiceNow is in late-stage discussions to acquire San Francisco–based cybersecurity firm Armis for up to US$7 billion, according to sources.
The deal could be announced soon, though talks remain private and may not result in an agreement.
Armis, founded by Israeli military cyber intelligence veterans, focuses on securing connected devices across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and defense.
The company reached US$300 million in annual recurring revenue in August.
The potential deal comes as cybersecurity M&A accelerates, following Alphabet’s US$32 billion Wiz deal and Palo Alto Networks’ planned US$25 billion CyberArk acquisition.
