Kore.ai, an enterprise AI software company, said its Autoloop tool is now generally available as part of the Artemis edition of its Agent Platform. The tool is designed to evaluate and adjust AI agents based on business goals.

Kore.ai said Autoloop measures agents against targets such as task completion and policy compliance, then automatically optimizes them from draft to production.

The company added that StateTrace lets Autoloop track what the agents did, while ABL lets it make changes when needed.

The release comes as agent observability has emerged as a software category, while enterprises need to manage risk and govern and secure increasingly autonomous AI agents.
