Pattern, a US-based ecommerce accelerator, raised US$300 million in its Nasdaq IPO after pricing shares within its marketed range.

The company, founded in 2013 and based in Lehi, Utah, works with brands to expand sales across online marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

Pattern’s IPO values the company at US$2.5 billion.

The firm had aimed to price shares between US$13 and US$15, according to its prospectus.

Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan acted as lead underwriters for the offering.

Pattern will begin trading under the “PTRN” symbol on September 19.

The US IPO market has seen renewed momentum, with recent listings from firms like Klarna and Gemini attracting strong investor interest.
