US-based EV charging firm to expand in Europe, Mideast

SparkCharge is planning to expand its mobile EV charging services into Europe and the Middle East.

The US-based company recently entered Canada and Mexico after raising US$30.5 million from venture capital and strategic investors in May, CEO Joshua Aviv said in a Bloomberg Television interview.

SparkCharge offers portable charging solutions for EV owners.

Details on the timeline and specific markets for the planned expansion were not disclosed.
