Prezent, a Los Altos-based startup offering AI-powered presentation tools for enterprises, has raised US$30 million in a round led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures, valuing the company at US$400 million.

The funds will be used for acquisitions, including its recent purchase of Prezentium, a presentation services firm focused on the life sciences sector.

Founder Rajat Mishra, who co-founded both companies, plans to expand Prezent’s AI suite to Prezentium’s clients and focus on enterprise customers in the life sciences and tech industries.

The company embeds presentation engineers within client organizations to help employees adapt to its AI tools and has raised over US$74 million to date.
