US AI firm LinqAlpha raises $22m for APAC push
New York-headquartered LinqAlpha, which builds AI agents for institutional investors, said on July 2 that it raised US$22 million in a series A round. The round was anchored by AVP, Atinum Investment, and GFT Ventures to speed up expansion in Asia Pacific.
The round also included strategic investors from Japan, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, South Korea, and India, including SBI Investment, Samsung Securities, and Mirae Asset Venture Investment.
LinqAlpha said more than 70 financial institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia used its platform for investment research and decision-making.
The company previously raised US$6.6 million in seed funding in 2024 and said it had more than 20 enterprise clients at the time.
LinqAlpha said it had set up subsidiaries in Singapore and Hong Kong and was expanding local sales, product, engineering, and data teams. The new funding would deepen data integrations. This move will speed up deployment across equities, macro, credit, and multi-asset strategies.
