🧠 Food for thought

1️⃣ Saudi Arabia’s construction tech boom driven by unprecedented infrastructure investment

The timing of 36Zero’s Saudi expansion aligns with the country’s historic level of construction activity, creating unique conditions for technology adoption.

Saudi’s construction market is projected to grow from $104.76 billion in 2024 to $174.37 billion by 2030, representing a CAGR of 8.70% and creating tremendous demand for digital solutions1.

This growth is fueled by Vision 2030 commitments exceeding SAR 12 trillion (~$3.2 trillion) for infrastructure and urban development by 20301, making Saudi Arabia one of the world’s most active construction markets.

The scale of projects like NEOM, Qiddiya, and the Red Sea Project creates specific challenges in workforce management and safety that traditional methods cannot address efficiently, explaining the demand for 36Zero’s AI and IoT solutions.

36Zero’s focus on digitizing labor mobilization and worker safety directly addresses critical pain points in managing the estimated 1 million migrant workers involved in these mega-projects.

2️⃣ Strategic partnerships proving essential for foreign tech firms entering Saudi market
