UK solar subscription firm Sunsave nets $152m
Sunsave, a solar subscription service authorized by the UKโs FCA, has secured ยฃ113 million (US$152 million) in funding to expand across England and Wales.
This includes ยฃ13 million (US$17.5 million) in series A equity co-led by Norrsken VC and IPGL, and a ยฃ100 million (US$134.5 million) debt facility from Crรฉdit Agricole CIB.
New investors include Clearance Capital and former Wise employees, with continued support from Lord Michael Spencer, Lord Stuart Rose, and Roland Rudd.
Founded in 2022, Sunsave offers a subscription model that removes upfront costs for solar panel installation.
The funding will be used to scale installations, meet growing demand, and expand offerings like EV chargers, heat pumps, and smart energy management.
