Inforcer, a Microsoft multi-tenant management solution for managed service providers (MSPs), has raised US$35 million in a series B funding round.

The round was led by Dawn Capital, with participation from existing investor Meritech Capital.

Founded in 2022, the company helps MSPs manage Microsoft 365 users, policies, and security tools for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The new funding will be allocated to enhance product development, particularly in AI-driven security and policy management.

Inforcer recently introduced AI-based policy analysis features and plans to implement AI readiness assessments in the future.

Inforcer now operates globally, serving over 800 MSPs with offices in the US, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, and Australia, and has added key executives.

The company plans to expand its team and product offerings to help MSPs adopt Microsoft’s security and AI tools for SMB clients.
