Uber is rolling out ChatGPT Work across the company, giving more than 30,000 employees access to the tool after a pilot with 1,000 staff.

The agent, available within ChatGPT Enterprise, is designed to help Uber employees with research, meeting preparation, presentations, data analysis, and other office tasks.

Uber said ChatGPT Work connects to Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack.

The company’s software teams will continue using OpenAI’s Codex for coding work.

The rollout is part of Uber’s AI plans and its work with OpenAI.

Uber said it will support the rollout with employee training, an internal AI skills library, and approved integrations.
