The Turkish Competition Board has initiated an investigation into several major on-demand video streaming services.

These services include Netflix, Disney+, Amazon, BluTV, Exxen, and Gain.

Announced on Mar. 16, it follows a preliminary inquiry.

The investigation will assess whether these providers engaged in anti-competitive practices.

It will also evaluate if they violated competition law through exclusive agreements or other restrictive measures, according to the board’s statement.
