Trip.com Q1 revenue rises 17%, growth set to slow
Trip.com Group said first-quarter 2026 net revenue rose 17% year on year to 16.2 billion yuan (US$2.4 billion).
The company expects second-quarter net revenue growth to slow to 3% to 8%.
Net income fell to 2.5 billion yuan (US$367 million) from 4.3 billion yuan (US$632 million) a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA rose to 4.8 billion yuan (US$706 million) from 4.2 billion yuan (US$618 million).
Accommodation reservation revenue rose 17% to 6.5 billion yuan (US$956 million), and transportation ticketing revenue increased 12% to 6.1 billion yuan (US$897 million).
Gross bookings on Trip.com Group’s international platform grew about 65%, while inbound travel bookings rose about 90%.
The inbound travel growth came as China’s visa-free regime covered 50 countries as of February 2026, while foreign entries rose nearly 130% in the first half of 2025.
