Toku, a Singapore-based company offering an AI-driven customer experience platform, has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore for a proposed IPO on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.

PrimePartners Corporate Finance is acting as sponsor, issue manager, and underwriter, while CGS International Securities is co-placement agent for the offering.
