Tokopedia and TikTok Shop will introduce a 1,250 rupiah (US$0.078) order processing fee for each completed order starting August 11, 2025, at midnight WIB.

Tokopedia is an Indonesia-based e-commerce platform, and TikTok Shop by Tokopedia is a social commerce platform operated by Tokopedia in Indonesia.

The new fee applies to all integrated Tokopedia sellers and to every seller on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia in Indonesia.

The processing fee will be charged per order, regardless of the number of items or the total transaction value.

According to Tokopedia and TikTok Shop, this policy aims to support logistics improvements, expand shipping subsidies, and strengthen added value for consumers and sellers.

The fee will not be refunded if an order is returned or refunded after it has been shipped.

New sellers will receive a fee waiver for their first 50 orders, with reimbursement processed at the end of the month.

If an order is cancelled before shipping, the fee will be refunded, but partial cancellations or post-shipment returns will not qualify for a refund.
