Tinder’s parent firm Match reports $3.5b revenue in 2025
Match Group reported its Q4 and full-year 2025 financial results, with total revenue of US$3.5 billion, remaining flat compared to 2024.
The company’s net income increased 11% year-on-year to US$613 million, while adjusted EBITDA declined slightly to US$1.2 billion.
In Q4, revenue was US$878 million, up 2% year-on-year, with net income of US$210 million, up 32%.
Payer count decreased 5% to 13.8 million, and revenue per payer rose 7% to US$20.72.
The company also announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.20 per share, a 5% increase.
