Match Group Inc., the owner of dating apps Tinder, Hinge, and OKCupid, has lowered its fourth-quarter revenue forecasts.

The company cited foreign currency fluctuations as a key factor.

Total revenue and Tinder direct revenue are expected to fall below previous projections.

Consequently, shares dropped 3.8% in premarket trading.

Over the next three years, Match aims to return at least 100% of its free cash flow to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.
