Tin Men Capital leads $7.4m round for vision AI startup Ailytics
Singapore-based Ailytics, a vision AI startup that uses existing industrial closed-circuit television cameras to monitor safety and operations, said it raised US$7.4 million in a series A round led by Tin Men Capital to expand across Asia Pacific, the US, and the Gulf.
Singapore’s SG Growth Capital and Japan-based Safie, a cloud camera company, also took part. The round follows a US$2.7 million pre-series A led by Tin Men Capital in 2024.
Ailytics said it had more than 400 deployments across 15 countries.
Safie is also a partner. The companies previously announced plans to bring industrial video analytics to Japan and other markets by combining Safie’s cloud video platform with Ailytics’ computer vision software.
Singapore’s 2024 AI privacy guidance provides broader context on personal data use, rather than rules specific to closed-circuit television footage.
Other vendors include Australia-based icetana, which says its software can augment existing closed-circuit television systems, and Visionify, which markets an AI workplace safety platform.
