Bangkok-based startup Spacely AI has raised US$1 million in seed funding to enhance its generative AI solutions for architecture and interior design.

The funding round was led by PropTech Farm Fund III, with contributions from industry figures including Wannaporn Phornprapha, Ted Poshakrishna Thirapatana, and Mek Srunyu Stittri.

The company plans to allocate the new capital to accelerate product development and expand its reach in global markets, especially in the United States.

Spacely AI has served over 1,500 architecture and interior design firms across 50 countries, producing more than two million renders.

The company has also gained recognition in industry competitions, such as the Krungsri Finno Efra Accelerator and the Tech in Asia Startup Arena.

The funds will be used to launch a new 2D-to-3D automation engine and to enhance global sales and marketing efforts.
