Vitals, a Thailand-based diagnostics-led health and wellness platform, said on September 28 it was expanding into Singapore and Hong Kong.

The company said the move would bring its testing, telehealth, and recurring-product model to two more Asian markets.

Its offering includes at-home hair-sample tests that it says screen for more than 700 biomarkers, as well as blood programs covering up to 82 laboratory indicators.

Vitals said customers receive results digitally through AI-generated reports and recommended protocols. It also said it is rolling out online consultations with licensed doctors.

In Singapore, telehealth services are regulated under dedicated frameworks and provider oversight, which may affect how quickly Vitals rolls out its full offering there.

Hair analysis can serve as a biomarker in medicine and research, although available sources do not establish the clinical validity of Vitals’ specific wellness tests.

Citing Grand View Research, Vitals said Thailand’s personalized testing and supplements market could grow from about US$80 million in 2026 to US$124 million by 2033.
