Tencent has introduced its new AI model, Hunyuan3D 3.0, at the 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Conference in Shenzhen.

The company said the model uses a 3D-DiT hierarchical sculpting technique, which reportedly increases modeling accuracy compared to previous versions.

The model is integrated into Tencent’s AI creation engine and is free for users, with access also available via Tencent Cloud’s API.

Tencent has also launched Hunyuan3D Studio, a new platform for professional users, now in invitation-only beta.

Tencent plans to open source another model, Hunyuan3D Omni, for broader academic and industrial use in the near future.
