Tencent Cloud launched its Super App-as-a-Service (TCSAS) at MWC Barcelona on Mar. 4.

The platform helps businesses build super apps by integrating mini apps with features like instant messaging, live streaming, and ecommerce.

It draws from Tencent’s WeChat experience, enabling companies to onboard mini apps and manage services within one system.

Orange Middle East & Africa is among the first adopters, using TCSAS for its “Max It” super app, expected to reach 45 million users this year.

Other firms like Telkomsel and Bank Rakyat Indonesia are also leveraging the platform for digital transformation.

Targeting industries like telecommunications, banking, gaming, and government, Tencent Cloud plans to expand TCSAS across various sectors.
