Chinese online retailer Temu is suing competitor Shein in the US, alleging “intensified” anti-competitive practices and plans to undermine Temu’s business. The complaint accuses Shein of filing multiple copyright takedown notices, enforcing supplier exclusivity agreements, and threatening Temu merchants.

Earlier this year, both companies dropped previous lawsuits against each other.
