Temasek-backed Partior, LSEG partner on cross-border settlement

Singapore-based Partior, a blockchain clearing and settlement network, said it is working with LSEG Digital Settlement House (DiSH), a settlement platform from London Stock Exchange Group.

The partnership will let banks move settlement liquidity around the clock across Partior’s cross-border payments network through LSEG DiSH trust accounts.

The companies said the proposed multi-settlement bank framework is designed to reduce reliance on payment cut-off times and pre-funded bilateral correspondent banking accounts in cross-border settlement.

Partior and LSEG DiSH are testing the framework with several banks, including Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered.

They plan to go live and start commercial onboarding for additional settlement banks from Q1 2027.

The companies said round-the-clock availability would still be subject to scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency operational downtime.
