Viva Biotech Holdings, a Chinese drug discovery and manufacturing firm, has closed a funding round worth about US$210 million from Temasek-linked firms and Highlight Capital ahead of its listing on a Chinese stock exchange.

The deal involves US$150 million obtained a 24.2% equity stake in Viva Biotech, and US$60 million in convertible bonds. Temasek invested in Viva Biotech through Daxue Investments and True Light.
