Tata Payments, the fintech arm of Tata Digital, has received a payment aggregator license from the Reserve Bank of India, allowing it to process ecommerce transactions. The license is also held by the likes of Google, Amazon, and Razorpay.

Tata Digital is a subsidiary of Tata Group, one of India’s oldest conglomerates.
