Taiwanese software startup Return Helper bags $4m
Return Helper, a Taiwan-headquartered startup that provides software and logistics services for cross-border ecommerce returns, closed a US$4 million series A round in Q1 2026.
The company said it will use the funding to expand in Japan, develop AI tools to automate decisions on cross-border returns, and grow its recommerce business, which helps merchants recover value from returned goods.
Founded in 2019, Return Helper said it serves more than 1,000 merchants, processes 60,000 returns a month.
The company also operates across several Asian markets including Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
New investors include Cathay Venture, MLC Ventures, Jun Yue Investment Co Ltd and Pegatron Venture Capital Co Ltd.
Return Helper said it plans to deepen its expansion in Japan in partnership with Mitsubishi Logistics. The company also reported more than 60% revenue growth in 2025 and said it became profitable in the second half of the year.
