Syfe tops $15.7b in assets under management
Singapore-based Syfe, a digital wealth platform, said on September 22 that its assets under management had surpassed S$20 billion (US$15.7 billion).
The company said this followed a 2025 in which it reached group profitability, raised S$100 million (US$78.3 million) in a series C round, and acquired ASX-listed Selfwealth, which now operates as Selfwealth by Syfe.
Syfe said more than 400,000 users across Asia-Pacific use its platform.
It also said that since September 1, it has removed commission and platform fees on US trades. Custody fees were already not charged.
Syfe is also preparing a desktop web trading platform, tiered fee rebates for trades on the Singapore Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, and a stock-lending feature called Lend & Earn.
Syfe had previously hit US$10 billion in assets around the Selfwealth acquisition, the last public benchmark before the new milestone.
The zero-fee US trading move comes as published brokerage schedules and market guides show many Singapore retail platforms still charge fees on US stock trades, while Singapore conduct rules govern the handling of client assets for services such as stock lending.
