Swiggy adds 2% fee on restaurant orders

Swiggy will introduce a 2% collection fee on all orders starting Feb. 16, deducting it from restaurant payouts.

Swiggy said the fee is meant to facilitate customer payments, but some restaurant operators have voiced concerns.

The company has invited select restaurants to provide feedback.
