Legora, a legal AI software company with a Singapore office since May 2026, said it raised US$550 million in a series E round led by Atreides Management at a US$8.8 billion post-money valuation.

Its previous round valued the company at US$5.6 billion.

The company said the funding will support expansion in the US and Asia-Pacific, as well as product development.

Its Singapore team is expected to reach 20 staff by the end of 2026.

Legora also said annual recurring revenue passed US$200 million.

The raise comes as Singapore’s Ministry of Law published guidance on generative AI use in the legal sector, and the Law Society issued an advisory on publicly available AI tools.

Legal AI startup Harvey also reached a US$15.5 billion valuation in September 2026.
