The United States Postal Service (USPS) has temporarily suspended all package deliveries from mainland China and Hong Kong.

This decision coincides with rising trade tensions following Trump’s tariffs on Chinese imports.

Costs for consumers purchasing items from Chinese ecommerce platforms, such as Temu and Shein, are expected to increase. Products that were previously exempt from duties may now incur tariffs ranging from 16% to over 30%.

This policy change came after China imposed retaliatory tariffs on American goods.
