Saudi Arabia’s Stc Group, through its AI subsidiary stc.AI, has launched a sovereign cloud platform with a large language model (LLM), set to be operational later this year.

The platform includes a feature called Stc Enterprise GPT, which generates content using generative AI.

Its open-source nature enables users in Saudi Arabia to modify and adapt the software, promoting enterprise-level AI innovation.

This initiative aims to support local developers and businesses by providing advanced AI tools via a secure and scalable cloud platform.

The partnership with SambaNova Systems is integral to the platform’s technology, emphasizing its high efficiency and rapid inference speeds.
