Magnific, an AI creative platform based in Málaga, Spain, launched Magnific One on October 8.

The image model adds the company’s in-house art-direction layer before generating images, shaping composition, style, lighting, camera treatment, and texture.

In Final mode, it can also apply a Brand Kit during image creation.

Magnific One is available on all paid plans on the web, desktop, mobile, and Magnific MCP.

It includes Draft and Final modes, and Auto Layers can split images into editable layers.

Magnific said Draft returns a grid of 8 or 16 options for the credit cost of one image.

Final produces 2K or 4K images. Pricing starts at 180 credits per image.

The company said customer prompts, images, and Brand Kits are not used to train models.

Other enterprise providers publish data-use commitments, while privacy guidance stresses transparency about personal-data use.

Rules under the European Union AI Act now require machine-readable marking of generated content.

Training-data summaries are a separate obligation for general-purpose AI model providers and are not triggered simply by copyrighted content.
