Snap Q4 revenue up 14%, users rise to 453m
Snap Inc.reported its fourth-quarter adjusted earnings, exceeding analysts’ expectations with earnings per share of 16 cents, above the projected 14 cents, according to LSEG data.
The company’s revenue increased by 14% to US$1.56 billion, slightly surpassing the US$1.55 billion estimate.
The number of daily active users rose by 9% year-over-year to 453 million, surpassing the forecasted 450.8 million.
Investments in AI and machine learning have strengthened Snap’s advertising platform, boosting revenue, especially from small and mid-sized businesses.
